We provide domestic and International shipping by Royal Mail tracked delivery. 💌
How do I return an item?
We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have a timeframe of 15 days to return the item you originally purchased. You need to pack it nicely without taking the tag off and send it back to us with tracking delivery. Should you need more information, you can always contact us at info@stephohthebrand.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Then you can click here and track your order.
Where are Steph' Oh! made?
Steph' Oh! are handmade in the UK.
What is your returns policy?
You are eligible to return an item only if it is in the same condition that you had received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stephohthebrand. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
